Tulloch (Tulloch Ringing Centre - The Last Tower) Scottish Highlands.

In 2015 we installed a small 'midi' sized ring of eight as a second ringing facility at The Tulloch Ringing Centre. Peter Bevis and Helen McGregor subsequently asked if the bells could be made a little heavier, to enhance the facility and to make them more suitable for teaching bell handling. Therefore in May of 2024, we replaced the original ring with a brand new ring of eight with a tenor weighing 3cwt in the key of D. These bells were designed and tuned by Benjamin Kipling in our works, and cast by Emanuele Allanconi of Crema, Milan.  The new ring were hung in a new bellframe which ensures the ropes all fall directly from the roller boxes to the ringers, with no additional draw. All new fittings were supplied together with an additional training dumbbell.  The original ring of eight will be rehomed in due course.
